Someone who rode the RAGBRAI (Register's Annual Great Bike Ride Across Iowa) used a time lapse camera mounted on the cycle to document this week-long ride (nearly 500 miles). It's an interesting concept.

What is 80 rpm?
In the world of cycling, cadence refers to the speed at which a cyclist turns the pedals. Recreational cyclists pedal at about 60 rpm, while racing cyclists are known to keep a cadence of 100 rpm. You could say that the hobbyist transforms into an athlete at 80 rpm.
