The sight of thousands of cyclists coming down the bridge reminds me of the Tour d'France. I feel incredible!

What is 80 rpm?
In the world of cycling, cadence refers to the speed at which a cyclist turns the pedals. Recreational cyclists pedal at about 60 rpm, while racing cyclists are known to keep a cadence of 100 rpm. You could say that the hobbyist transforms into an athlete at 80 rpm.
